“This is THE pizza hot sauce in my mind. It's a mild heat, with a complex flavor that seems to go well with just about everything. I am not a fan of it with beef or ice cream, everything else is great. It's very carrot-forward, and the distinct sweetness of the carrot goes really well with the vegetal flavor of the pepper fruit. They're opposites and euqals. Both with very distinct flavors of their own that go together perfectly. If it didn't require refrigeration it would be the perfect sauce.”
