“From the PNW. This sauce is as versatile as sriracha, but obviously more of a kick. Use it on breakfast, in chili, soup, potatoes, hot dogs, burritos, whatever !!! I also like to squeeze some of this in mango salsa and mix it up for a sweet dip with a little something extra.”

“Delicious, all purpose hot sauce. Most likely on the medium part of the scale for the average Heatonist patron, but a nice warm heat with great flavor. Thick enough to dip and thin enough to poor, I particularly enjoyed it on chorizo breakfast burritos. You get more volume than most of the other bottles on this site as well. A perfect go-to for anyone.”

“It's pretty good especially for the money. I wasn't blown away by the taste, but it's still good and the heat is medium and not at all overwhelming (which is a good thing for me). I had watched some reviews and stuff and it was really hyped up with some people saying it was their favorite sauce of all time but it didn't give me the 'oh that is f'ing good' reaction. More of a 'that's not bad' reaction. Still worth a try for sure, I didn't regret buying it, and maybe there is just some particular ingredient I don't like the flavor of as much that others may really enjoy.”

“This is a great sauce. You really get the carrot, which is earthy, but it works well with everything else. Nice spice factor that doesn't kill your taste buds, but gives you a nice tingle.”

“Probably still my favorite hot sauce of all time. Glad to see it getting some shine outside of the NW. Aardvark goes on everything. It is a slightly chunky sauce rather than smooth.”
