“This was the first hot sauce that I was sure I HAD to save a spot for in my first Heatonist order. The taste can be defined as "classic", but don't think just because there is tomatoes, it tastes like hot ketchup. This sauce has sharp notes from the Habaneros and a very fruity and rich aroma of tomatoes, balanced out very nicely. Heat level really is a medium 5/10, although it always depends on how much you add. Out of all my sauces, this was the first bottle, that I've finished. This adds a ton of flavor to my dishes, whether on pizza or burger, or mixed in with pesto or bechamel sauce. I ended up using it pretty much daily I'm german, and I can say that this hot sauce is perfect for sausages, I have no other one which pairs with bratwurst or weißwurst this well. If you are new to hot sauces and uncertain of what to order, you could never go wrong with getting a bottle of this one.”

“I actually first ordered from Heatonist to try Aardvark. It's a great, very unique sauce that tastes heavily of tomato and vegetables, with a slightly mustardy after taste. Good on all the usual stuff (pizza, chicken, etc) but exceptional at making spicy bloody Marys. Seriously, one good squirt into a class of tomato juice with a bit of Worcestershire sauce and you've got the best spicy Mary you'll ever try.”
