Oh no! Very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this one! We do try to include a range of heat levels and flavors in our subscription shipments. You might be shocked to hear this, but we actually get equal feedback for more mild sauces and more heat. We do hope to build out more options for preferences soon!

“I have never wanted a sauce to be cucumber forward and after trying this one, I still don't. Arrived in a box and thought it might be good. Tried it and was completely turned off. Took it to a couple of my friends and offered it to them and they all agreed. tastes like sweet dirt, but not in the pleasant umami sort of way, until the scotch bonnets taste comes in towards the end. Hard pass for me.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear this one wasn't your cup of tea. With the cucumber and Scotch Bonnet combo, this one can be a bit earthy but we love that on a burger fresh off the grill. “Didn’t taste bad just had very little going for it overall. A lot of 5 star reviews, maybe I bottle a bum bottle? Heat was on the lighter side.”

“In general I'm a huge fan of Scotch bonnet peppers and I think this sauce does a really great job of highlighting how they can work well on a variety of foods. The sauce has a lovely sweetness isn't too hot and goes great on burgers”

“It's not super hot, but the flavor is amazing... and I usually don't even like cucumber. I've bought four bottles so far, they've all been eaten, and I'll definitely order more in the future.”

So sorry to hear you didn't care for it. :( We do try to stock sauces of all different heat levels so even folks who are new to spice can find something they enjoy, but totally understand if the flavors of this one weren't for you!
