“Really didn’t like this one at all. I was pretty upset with the box I got this in because all of them were pretty subpar, but this one was the worst. It just tasted like runny relish with no spicy notes at all. I tried this on many different things, but could not find a niche for this stuff. I ended up throwing the bottle away because no one in my house liked it.”

So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this one! We do try to include a range of heat levels in our subscription shipments as believe it or not we get equal feedback for more mild sauces and more heat. We hope to build out more options for preferences soon!

“Rolled my eyes when I got it in the monthly box, but was shocked by how much I loved it. Didn't even last a week. Definitely one of my favorites that I'll order often. If you like relish on a bratwurst, I'd highly recommend this for your next cookout topping.”

“Not a fan. I couldn’t figure out exactly what was going on in this bottle. The flavor is not complimentary to anything. I didn’t want to throw the whole bottle out so I gave it to a friend and he gave it right back. So I had a few other friends try it and they didn’t like it either. I ended up throwing the whole bottle away. I don’t know who said “Man, this is good stuff. We should bottle it.” I couldn’t find anyone who liked it.”

“This sauce was more on the watery side than I would have preferred. I got a strong cucumber taste with a little bit of heat. It would probably be good on a hot dog, but other than that I have not found a use for this sauce.”

“This sauce is really good on hotdogs/chili dogs. Lucky for me, I work at the legendary Portillo's hot dogs in Chicago. Chili dog + Picnic sauce = perfection. This sauce is pretty relishy, but if you get that pepper mash.. you will feel some heat. 4/5”
