“I am a little on the fence with this one. It is a little hotter than I can handle and it is so hot, I kind of don't really taste the garlic flavor as much as I would like. I have had some success with diluting it in mayo but it just isn't totally what I thought I was gonna get on the garlic flavor side of things.”

“I've tried three different Carolina reaper hot sauce and they pretty much taste the same. They taste ok, but they're not good. I gave to assume it's the pepper itself that isn't very good. It's a shame because I want to test my heat tolerance all the time, but I want to enjoy the flavor too. It's a good texture, all of the combination of flavors work pretty well, except the pepper. If it were scorpion pepper, I think it could work better.”

“Yes this is hot but it has great flavor too. I do taste the garlic and the sauce is rich. It hits you hard if you are careless bit a few drops in a wing sauce and it’s amazing and doesn’t kill you. Kick it up with a 1/4 to 1/2 t-spoon and expect a hit to the brain but after 10 mins the heat is over and you can enjoy repeated eating as if it’s not hot at all. Very odd. Like the brain just says “it’s okay it’s not hot” and it’s just good flavor. Love this sauce.”

“This is a very spicy sauce for the hot heads. I highly recommend it. One of my favorite sauces ever. Word of caution, use it sparingly.”

“I have enjoyed this sauce it brings some heat so a little dab with do you. Used it on a breakfast sandwich yum and added to some trade joes yellow curry sauce for some samosas yum.”
