“Before the product let me shout out to Heatonist for SUPURB logistics. From the moment you order they are letting you know what stage the order is at and they get the sauce to you quick! Amazingly quick. Now for the review, I just received my Headless Horseradish Bottle and I was in the mood for a couple sausage dogs with Sour Kraut, and did this sauce ever do it right. Amazing flavor and it's hot. Not the hottest but certainly hot. I love the heat but I dislike "hot" just for the sake of hot, and this is tasty sauce. I think I'll be buying this one over and over. Thus far it's my 2nd favorite sauce I've got from The Heatonist -- the Watermelon Hop Sauce is king, and in fact I ordered two more bottles of it in this last order along with the "Headless" and some others I have not tried yet -- and as I said in the title it seems to complement mustard very well. Can't give an extra half-star but I would give this one a 4.5. It's absolutely a delicious sauce.”

“Carried more punch of other peppers that expected. Used in cocktail and saucy seafood dishes so far. Add to some red pepper coulis below a nice grilled filet of fish.”

“This was AMAZING on a turkey sandwich. This review is coming from someone who does not like horseradish and is a wuss when it comes to spicy. It completely changed the turkey sandwich experience.”

“This is an amazing hot sauce on things like sandwiches and burgers, especially when it mixes in the with mayo and creates a nice horseradish sauce with some heat. It's also great on its own for wings. The only reason it's not 5 stars is it doesn't pair well with a ton of other foods so it's not always my go to. Tried with Asian and tex-mex and it just doesn't work well there.”

“As an Eastern European I was never really raised on spicy foods or hot sauces. This was the first hot sauce I ever tried past 1,300 scoville level... The horseradish, the garlic, the creamy consistency ... The moment it hit my tongue, and sent my taste buds into a panic attack, it changed me. 3 years later I'm drizzling hot ones Apollo sauce every 4th meal I have. This sauce literally AWAKENED my need for hotter and tastier sauces. Yet, I keep coming back to this bottle. Please understand, I am not recommending the sauce for everybody. I am just putting this review up out of a genuine, whole hearted/teary-eyed form of thanking this company and this sauce... I will tell my grandchildren about the first time my boss brought this bottle into work and offered a try on a cracker.”
