“I was excited to see if this paired well with mushroom dishes (it does without being too 'shroomy) and I was also pleased with how it pairs with red meat dishes, too, especially steak. It is not very hot and it is a super-thick sauce, so it more plops onto the food than flows, but it is great if you want to dip your fries in it instead of using ketchup of if you prefer a sauce to stay put on your pepperoni and mushroom slice rather than run all over the place.”

“I love the amount of kick it has. The flavor can be better, but the sauce was thick- I like thick! And it wasn’t too thick where you had to slap it out of the bottle either!”

“I went into this sauce with some reservations. However, it was delicious. My wife, who isn't a mushroom person, loves this sauce. We have even used it on dishes we never would've thought to use hot sauce, like some Asian soups. Definitely a staple in the house.”
