“This sauce is flavorful--I can taste the tanginess of the tomatillos and tartness from the granny smith apples. The heat is a medium heat. It made my nose water some but not the uncomfortable heat you get with the hotter hot sauces. Tastes great on Breakfast Tacos!!”

“This is a great sauce, its tangy, spicy, smokey, and sweet. The tamatillos really come through, and its spicy enough but not face melting. I'm so glad this was in Januarys subscription box.”
