“I gave it five stars because there's really nothing wrong with this sauce. It's not stellar, and it's not terribly spicy, it doesn't have any flavor boosts to make it stand out, yet I wouldn't turn it down and would buy it again if I wanted a medium basic hot sauce for my morning eggs or for a sandwich. It's got the right ratio of vinegar, and the heat is pleasant. If you're looking for heat, this is not the sauce for you. If you want something bold and unique, this ain't it. Yet if you're looking for a new "old reliable," this sauce is great.”

“This is an absolutely delicious, clean tasting sauce that really celebrates the habanero. It's hot without being too hot for daily use, and it allows the sweetness, acidity, and floral notes of the habanero to shine without distraction. I love this sauce on eggs, tacos, and roasted vegetables.”
