“Definitely not lacking on the heat, but not much flavor to appreciate. Smoky, not sweet, and not really vinegary either. Could be used effectively to spice up other sauces or dishes, but not necessarily a condiment on its own.”

“This is a tremendous sauce I like it on pulled pork & pork steaks(StL thing). A dab on a half a soft boiled egg delightful. And of course wings, but you should try it on some chicken thighs. Perfectly smokey and the heat is a fireball of fun but still tasty which is important. I will say that Hamajang is hotter than my preferred but it is so full of flavor that I will eat it up. A small amount goes a long way.”

“This hot sauce won me over on day one and its the only sauce I order every time. Its versatile with the perfect heat, smoke and flavor combinations. Before Hot Ones (the old days) the hotter the sauce the worse it tasted. This sauce was the game changer. Order and enjoy!”

“I love that it has smoky, only subtley sweet with a good kick. I normally don’t like a sweeter flavor when it comes to savory food but I was surprised how well it went on pretty much everything. Well done”

“Slow burner. Great smokiness, nice flavor. Just watch out, starts slow, builds and builds. Not as thick as other sauces I've seen, not good or bad just observation.”
