This is one of my favorite hot sauces. The heat builds up to a pleasant level and stays there. The smokey flavor is not overpowering and it really compliments the other flavors perfectly.

I always have a hard time remembering the sauce name, but we call it the rooster hot sauce and it goes on everything. It's fantastic. I'd probably call it a "medium-hot" sauce. If you're looking at the hottest hot sauce page because you've sorted by heat, this is probably on the low end. Doesn't mean it isn't hot, but if you're looking for something crazy this isn't it. If you're looking something enjoyable on everything and definitely has some good heat to it, this is the sauce.

EXCELLENT garlic/citrus/smokey taste and good heat. I was worried it would be too hot, but it's just right. Poor slowly, because it builds. I put it on everything. I keep a bottle on my desk at work and it's almost empty. Need to re-up pretty soon.

This is one of my favorite new hot sauces I've tried in a while. The smoke is perfect, and the heat level is good. It is fairly thin, but that works just fine in a lot of applications.

I love this sauce. It is a thin vinegar based sauce but as a lover of hot pepper vinegar this one is right up my alley. The smoked ghost peppers ads a great flavor and actually reminds me a little bit of black pepper. I've had it on cucumbers, added to pulled pork sandwiches and put it in Chinese noodle soup to kick it up a notch. Let's be honest, it kicks it up quiet a few notches! Do not underestimate the heat of this sauce as it really builds. Definitely worth a try.
