“This sauce is at top of my comfort level when it comes to heat, so I don't use it that much, but man do I LOVE the flavor. One of my favorite hot sauces by far. The taste fills me with a sense of like a Kālua pig roast. Has a real smokey Hawaiian bbq flavor to it, and a lot of heat behind it.”

“Super smokey up front, great heat that builds and very little sweetness. This sauce goes well on almost anything! I sometimes mix it with my favourite more garlicky or fruity hot sauces.”

“Great, smoky sauce with marvelous depth of flavor, but beware - it sneaks up on you unannounced, and then, its time to go for the WATER! . Still, the payoff of GREAT flavor more than makes up for the PAIN! Use sparingly!”

“I thought this one packed quite the punch! It’s pretty spicy to me with a wonderful smoky flavor. It set my mouth on fire but I couldn’t stop eating it. Oh delicious pain!!!”

“This one's goooood. Meets my personal wants in a hot sauce. Taste is pretty signature, heat is a little above mid-level I'd say, and use is pretty universal.”
