Great smoky taste, especially at first but it does fade rather quick once the fire starts. It's pretty stingy at the back of the palette with some creeper heat that can keep building. It's a great middle of the road sauce as you work your way up to the extreme sauces and I agree it's about 7/10 on heat. I really like the sauce but rated 4 stars as it's a little more vinegary and runny than I hoped for.

This hot sauce does everything right. While it boasts virtually no special, discerning flavors, it doesn't need it. It tastes great, it's simple, making it very compatible with different foods, and the heat is nice and upfront without overstaying its welcome at all. For me, it's practically a perfect sauce! Definitely worth a try!

I tried ordering this sauce through amazon twice and was sent Adoboloco's Kolohe Kid instead... which is a milder, but also delicious sauce. I finally gave up and decided to order from Heatonist instead, and boy am I glad I did. I ended up using way of this sauce than I thought I would. It's got a nice kick and it's once of those times when Heatonist nailed the heat rating - 7/10 describes it perfectly. Tasty, good amount of heat and definitely recommended.

This doesn't burn and tingle the mouth that badly, but it does make you sweat and make your whole body feel warm. Outstanding flavor profile, the smoky flavor comes out perfectly. I put this in soups and it raises the heat without bringing pain, and adds a depth to the flavor of the soup. Perfect for folks that want to try something hotter, but don't just want mouth burn. This DOES slowly build, so start small the first few times, don't keep adding wanting to feel the burn, it will come.

Nothing crazy about this sauce. I bought it expecting a good amount of heat, I would give it a 4-4.5/10 heat wise. The flavor is pretty decent, but it seems to vanish in an instant. Nothing crazy about it but not bad either.

For a smoky sauce, it's excellent. The ghost peppers bring the heat, but I wish their flavour was still there!

One of the tastiest hot sauces I've ever tried, though the heat is basically nonexistent. There's a tiny bit of bite, but this is a flavor sauce all the way. Careful with overusing it, though - the high level of vinegar makes this a balancing act

On first taste this sauce was right down my alley. It has a very nice smoky flavor, a decent burn and is quite versatile. The primary issue I saw with this sauce was that it has a very high vinegar content and thus it runs like water. The consistency makes it easy to overpour and also makes it so the sauce gets lost when mixed into something like a chili. I would call that gripe a small knock against an otherwise good sauce.
