“It's hot. One drop and a time though, and I think anyone can deal with it. The flavor though, is something else. Easily my favorite hot sauce I've ever had, with Hot Ones Firey Chipotle coming a close second.”

“We tried the Hamajange Kiawe sauce (along with 8 other sauces) this weekend on wings. It was in everyone's Top 3. We all thought it was versatile, had great flavor and just the right amount of heat. Looking forward to trying it with shredded pork next.”

“Since it's a vinegar based sauce, it works really well as a marinade or as an addition to a soup that needs a bit of acidity. 10/10 would recommend”
