This sauce is one of my favorites. I'm on my 3rd bottle. I love mixing it with Aka Miso and putting it on any Asian dish. It is my go to mix and it's delicious. This sauce, Cosmic Dumpling is on the lower end of the scale in terms of heat and Aka Miso is on the other end and is very spicy so it pairs nicely together. Ordering Chinese take-out? Hopefully you have this sauce & Aka Miso cause if not, you're missing out.

Great flavor and not too hot, this is one of those bottles you can eat very quickly. Goes with anything that needs a soy/vinegar kick.

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it is absolutely phenomenal on noodles and chicken with rice. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

I love hot sauce and the different flavors of Asian cooking. This fails at both. Was almost ok for egg rolls. Not as good as sweet and spicy tabasco.

3.5/5 rounded up. I expected to like this one and I really enjoy the flavors in the ingredient list but it didn't really do much for me. It just kind of tastes like A1 sauce with a bit of added sesame oil. The tasting notes list it as 3/10 hotness but I've had 2/10 sauces from this site that are hotter and I'd consider this a 1/10 on par with Frank's or Crystal. While I didn't much care for it on dumplings, eggrolls, or other Chinese takeout, I found that it was pretty good on fried chicken or grilled pork and pineapple skewers. I finished the bottle but doubt I'll order another.

This is definitely a mild sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
