“I really enjoy this sauce. I’d say this is much more of an Asian dipping sauce than a hot sauce. There’s no burn in here but there is a bit of spice on the back end. The sauce is perfect for adding that extra boost of flavor and a touch of spice to any Ramen dish, dumplings, noodles, or anything really! The sauce is thicker which is nice for coating your bites. A perfect addition for any Asian dish!”

“A sauce that's a little on the thicker side and has a taste profile a lot like a chili paste (a little heat and a little sweet). Spice is a little above average, but in my opinion is at the perfect level for what it is. I tried it first on dumplings and rice and it is a great compliment for flavor rather than being a dominating force, which I think is important. Gladly will be substituting this over soy sauce on my Asian cuisine as a topping any day.”

“Lovely mild sauce with a sweet/citrus/tangy flavor, little bit of zing from the ginger, and spice so mild even my wife likes it. Goes great on Asian foods, but also nice on eggs, chicken tenders, I might even try it on a hot dog.”

“This sauce is labeled medium heat, but it is on the milder side. The flavor of this sauce though is amazing, I could literally drink it from the bottle and be very content. It has a meaty/umami flavor and pairs well with everything, but I have been eating it on tofu and it is an amazing complimentary sauce!”
