“I was very surprised with how much flavor this had, somewhat fruity with a hint of chocolate/cocoa. Even though it's super hot, the flavor still comes through. I use it on my tacos and burritos, and it's fabulous.”

“Nice sweet flavor that's flirting with the point of inflection at which the heat overwhelms the taste. That said, it's a merciful sauce in that the dance of the Scorpions is relatively short-lived and you'll return to normal pretty quickly... only to go back for another bite. It's hot, make no mistake, but still enjoyable in moderation.”

“Great flavor, takes 2-3 drops on a meal to achieve my desired heat level of medium/hot, enough to barely break a sweat but not so much it kills my taste buds.”
