“This is a relatively hot sauce that has a very nice tamari flavor. It is by no means a superhot, so don't be swayed by those reviews. This is a sauce that plays really well with food. It is really good at adding a complex flavor (sweet, savory, tamari), as well as some heat, to food. I think the ideal application is cheap noodles. Get one of these, get some noodles at the dollar store and splash it.”

“I really like this when I got it. I use this frequently. As someone has stated when bbq is needed and you want a hit of the hotter side. This is not recommended for people who are not into hot or a low tolerance to heat. I use this on my pulled pork and cheddar burgers. Has great flavor. On wings it pushes beyond what I want for a hot bqq wing. It’s still great flavor though and I will buy again. I’ve gone through about a bottle in 4 months.”

“Let's get this straight: not everyone can hang with Cosmic Disco. If jalapenos, Serranos, and habaneros set you on fire, then this sauce will light you up. However... if you're sitting comfortably at that ghost pepper level and looking for something just a taaad bit warmer, this sauce is incredible. My absolute favorite application is pot stickers, but cosmic disco goes well on everything. Couple drops in a bowl of soup or noodles, little streak on a hot dog, or spread on a burger bun: this thing has a gorgeous burn that blossoms early, mellows out, then lingers for about 10 minutes. This isn't quite a double-black diamond hill (that would be the Scorpion Disco) but make no mistake: this sauce is built for the enjoyment of the experts. If you like big flavors with a legit burn, try this out.”
