Okay, this one was interesting. I'll start by saying, I don't normally enjoy mustard. That said, I applied a light-ish coating to some cod and tossed it on the hot plate ... and the resulting fish tacos were enjoyable. I don't think this sauce is as versatile for me as other sauces, but the flavor isn't bad, it's got a small kick, and the ingredients are very interesting. I think if you find the right dish for it, this sauce can be a serious flavor enhancer. I'm excited to keep experimenting.

Other reviewers are right on with the high-quality McDonald's vibe of this sauce. It does go great on burgers, but is surprisingly versatile beyond that too! Probably our most used hot sauce out of the 8 or so we have.

Delicious. Perfect on eggs and in devilled eggs.

Not my favorite, but it's my wife's favorite! Great flavor with a little Tang and a nice kick. Great on chicken.

I've heard comparisons to mcdonalds burgers, which I suppose I can see with the taste of onions, but I got almost more of a spicy sloppy joe taste out of it, which put me off a bit. I ended up gifting this one, and everyone who tried it loved it so I'm a bit of an outlier I suppose but it wasn't for me

This has become my favorite condiment - I only wish it came in larger sizes. Hot, sweet with a fantastic flavor, I love it just on crackers.

This is great, flavorful hot sauce. I use it on any sort of Cajun dish, like etoufee, and it's great for shrimp and grits. It's mild enough that you can use enough to really taste it. I just bought another couple bottles and I will probably try to keep a bottle in my pantry from here on out.

To me, it seems like a milder 3. It doesn't hit you right away and takes a little while to grow. It is quite a unique sauce. I really like it on my eggs. It is unique enough that it is worth the experience in buying it to try. It is not something that you could just get at your local grocery store. I give it 2 thumbs up.
