“This is a fantastic sauce, lots of flavor, not too much heat, great texture. It absolutely reminds me of a McDonald's hamburger. The onions, tomato, turmeric, mustard flavors are blended in such a way I have a hard time thinking of anything else. This is not to the detriment of the sauce. It's delicious.”

“I couldn't quite put my finger on the taste of Shaquanda's and then it hit me. It tastes like McDonald's little kiddy hamburgers. What!?! McDonald's puts minced onions on those burgers and upon checking the ingredients of this sauce, #1 is Onions. It makes perfect sense. I'm tasting the onion. I love it. Every time I eat it I'm thinking of those burgers. Now granted they aren't the best burger you can eat, it does throw me back to my childhood. The heat index is just right that you'll get a song but you won't go screaming for some liquid. I would definitely buy this sauce again.”

“I recently hosted an event based on the Hot Ones challenge. 6 competitors and 11 sauces(bonus XXX hot ones #11). I am reviewing my line up with feedback from myself and 5 others. This was my #3 sauce. Taste wise this was solid. good flavor, the onion and x2 vinegar's to give it some acidity but its nothing bad. makes for a pretty enjoyable tang to go with your spice! Heat wise this is where it started to pick up. nothing crazy but it's there Taste - 3.5 of 5 Heat - 3 of 10”

“This has to be my hands down favorite hotsauce in the world! I had heard good things, but it really does live up to the hype. Fruity and tangy, with a peppery heat, this is super balanced. I'd say it's a bit on the warm side of my spice limit, but that makes it all the more amazing when I finish a bottle in less than a week. I'm already on my 2nd bottle.”

“Tl/DR A difficult sauce that is not for everyone. If it doesn't go well the first time, let 'Shaquandas' chill in the fridge. I must admit when i first opened the bottle the funky fresh smells of Barbados were not all that appealing to me as i have never taken that skinny toe sip across the Caribbean, but i thought to myself who cares about the smell, lets see what this do for some food. First thing i put this sauce on was some smoked chicken wings, just a little dab on the side so that i could roll the meat through and through and let me tell you i was not impressed. The thickness of the tomato paste combined with all those tangy flavors of vinegar, and ginger made me have to hold on a hot minute because it hit so different. Back in the fridge it goes for a day or two as i finish my wings with other amenities. I pull it out after resetting my expectations and take a little sniff out of the bottle ( don't judge) and for some reason that smell got to me again, so i was like not today. One week after i bought and chilled 'Shaquandas' i pulled it out again of the fridge and finally it seemed that the flavors had sort of settled enough to where i could handle getting past my first barrier ( I guess I had a good day). I ended up making some fresh eggrolls and decided to lay this on it for reasons i still don't understand, and wow! Its flavor profile finally hit me oh so right that had the horseradish burn aftermath all wrapped up into the thinned paste. Not for everyone.”

“I love this sauce so much that I will go out and buy food specifically with the intention to get this sauce into my mouth. It's got a great viscosity and there's just enough heat to really enjoy it without regretting it later.”

“This was the first bottle of hot sauce I got from this site. Amazing stuff. It was gone in about a week I was putting it on EVERYTHING. I made a smoked jerk chicken and probably used 1/4 of the bottle in one sitting. I'm definitely ordering another bottle with my next purchase.”
