Excellent Indian style sauce. Has that curry flavor, nice blend of spice. We did a large taste test of a few heatonist packs, and this was one of the favorites from the group. Really tasty on chicken and rice, and pasta dishes. I sometimes use on salmon, to give it a kick. Very interesting sauce. Highly recommend!

I love Chicken Tikka Masala so I was looking forward to this sauce. Certainly captures that flavor profile but also has a very dominant hot pepper/black pepper abrasiveness to it. I pretty start coughing immediate after the first taste of this sauce. It isn't too hot for me but there is something sharp and cutting to the heat that I react to unfavorably. I'd rate this a 5 if that abrasiveness can be eliminated.

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on grilled chicken and grain bowls. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

Perfect tikka masala flavor. Dynamite on a curry. I see this easily used to add to any sauce.

Way hotter than I was anticipating, great flavor however.

This has become one of my favorite hot sauces of all time especially on gyros and shawarmas. It's such a good complementary flavor for those kinds of foods. It's not super curry forward like I thought it would be. It's just a very savory and rich flavor you'd expect from garam masala with coconut. I love it on pizza but it really shines with middle eastern foods (especially shawarmas) and gyros.
