“This hot sauce is excellent to use as a marinade for chicken. Marinade it in a glass baking dish and be sure to throw on some diced garlic and peperoncini's before cooking. You won't be disappointed!”

“Keep trying it with different stuff, but the flavor profile never really gels with anything. Too sweet for the garlic/pepper combo here. This needs to be more vinegar like a giardiniera.”

“It has a great but pretty delicate flavor that can get lost if you don't use a lot of it. I would say use a lot, but its too expensive to pour liberally. Also, there's zero heat in this sauce even though it had good flavor.”

“This sauce is great on wings but not sure I would use it for anything else. I love peperoncini which is why I wanted to try this. It's mild and flavorful, I would consider purchasing again.”
