“Loved this sauce, like a spicy and slightly sweeter teriyaki sauce, it is well balanced and goes well both as a sauce added to a dish and as a cooking sauce. Will definitely be buying this again”

“After buying my first bottle I have bought six more bottles between this website and their direct website because they also have other sauces that are amazing. I put the sauce on almost every single thing I eat at this point and that's the best thing I've ever had.”

“Perfect for chicken and rice dishes. I do a lot of meal prep where I eat boring chicken breast and brown rice and this thing has come to the rescue. It's damn near perfect.”

“This sauce tastes great, with the sweet and savory notes of the black garlic and ginger dominating the flavor. But 5/10 heat? Not even close, more like 2/10. The watery consistency makes it usable only as a dip or in soups, as it doesn't have the viscosity to stick to anything. I found it works great in ramen, but because the sauce is so mild, I end up using so much of it to get any heat that the black garlic overpowers any other flavor in the soup. It would be better if it were either hotter or had a thicker consistency.”

“I love this hot sauce. Is a *little on the sweet side yet it doesn’t let up on the heat nor the flavor. The garlic really shines through. I’ve been using it as a salad dressing. I thinly slice some fresh kale, add sliced Serrano, fresh basil, fresh dill, pumpkin seeds, macadamias, pistachios, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a homemade curry spice blend, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, lime juice and about 1/5 a bottle of this hot sauce. For protein I may throw in some sardines or tuna or tofu. Put it all in a container to marinate overnight and it’s a delicious, flavorful, and spicy lunch.”

“This is the most perfect hot sauce for omelets. It doesn’t overwhelm but enhance. Also a great sauce on pizza. It finds a tang in food even if it’s hidden.”
