Thanks for spicing up with us! This sauce is definitely toward the higher end of medium (we'd call it medium-hot). Our heat rankings are compared to the rest of the sauces we sell, so that's how it ended up in the medium category. “I do not eat hot sauce every day, but I do use it often and one shelf in the fridge is devoted to all things spicy (hot sauces, Indian pickles, chile condiments, etc.) This was one of my favorites in the pack that I bought and the first bottle to get emptied. My favorites to pair it with were veggie dishes (Indian and American Southern) as well as breakfast scrambles.”

“Collards N Ghost is my new favorite: it has a unique vegetable umame flavor that I've never had in a hot sauce, and it's a good, lingering heat that kicks your butt. It goes well with anything that has vegetables in it and most things that don't, too. My favorites are chicken tacos, breakfast sandwiches, and salads.”
