“This has become my favorite hot sauce. It is sweet, savory, the right amount of mouth-hot, and delicious. It pairs well with eggs, chicken, mac n cheese- about anything. I love it on tacos.”

“Starts off pleasantly sweet, quickly followed by the slow burn of ghost pepper. You can definitely taste vegetable notes, making it a delicious, unique, sweet and surprisingly hot sauce. Easily pourable sauce with uniform thickness, no big chunks or clumps. Will buy again.”

“The sauce packs a kick! The flavor is delicious. At first you get a sweet taste of awesomeness. Then out of nowhere a spicy kick will jump into you mouth, as if a ninja just snuck up and kicked you in the mouth. The combination of sweet and spicy are fun to try. My wife and I love this flavor of hot sauce!”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that the sauce was too hot for you! To cut the heat you can always add it to a little mayo or butter. Or they make a great marinade as well! Or, if you'd like a suggestion for something else super hot email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“Not just spice but that savory, earthy note of collard really comes through and adds not just heat but complexity to whatever dish you add it to. It’s absolutely perfect with some dry rub bbq or any smoked dish. The bite never obscures the flavor.”

“Spicy with a hint of sweet. This sauce is no doubt hot but the very present collards helps you balance the heat. Sometimes I don’t like the sweetness in a sauce but this one is super enjoyable!!”
