“This is very tasty, tangy , sweet with a bitter vingegar kick -- not so much "hot" which is a good thing really , comes across as a Tart Sauce :-) ... Delivers a nice sweet mango hit on the taste bits before following through with the vinegar tang and a little bit of heat on the finish .... honestly delicious on about EVERYTHING”

“This one has a decent amount of vinegar, but enough spices to round out the flavor profile. This is a good sauce with medium heat that goes well with meat, but seems very versatile.”
