“Probably my favorite of the season. It's got a nice blend of flavor with a nice, warming, medium heat. I love using it on sandwiches, adding a nice balance of heat and flavor to sauces and marinades, or just dipping Dino nuggies into (I promise I'm an adult).”

“Pretty strong vinegar flavor, balanced out with sweet and heat. I know this is sacrilege in some parts of the US, but it goes really well with hot dogs.”

“Cadejo is hands down my favorite! It's so flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. It pairs really well with pretty much anything. I recently tried doritos with a little crème fraîche and cadejo drizzled all over it and it was CHEFS KISS! I can't get enough!”

“This sauce has tons of flavor and a pleasant nip of heat. It's a great balance of flavor and heat that had me adding more and more to every bite without worrying about a case of the hot mouth. One of my new favorites!”
