“My wife could not be happier with Jala Pepa sauce. She grew up in the Boston area and it took her years to get used to the mildest salsas. Now she has built up to the spicyness of Jala Pepa, and she adores it. Me? I’m a sriracha guy, so JP is way too mild for me, but I must admit that the flavor of JP is terrific.”

“This sauce is awesome!! We love using it as a dipping sauce as well as a marinade. It's not super hot and has fantastic flavor, especially with beef.”

“This was one of the first sauces from the Season 15 Hot Ones set I finished. On burgers, tacos, this was a very versatile sauce. If you need a bit of freshness and brightness for your food, this is the sauce for you. Highly recommend.”

“Really a top notch hot sauce! It’s got a nice consistency, flowing smoothly over food with a deep olive-yellow color. The flavor is rich with jalapeño forward and complementary spice. I feel it isn’t a very hot hot sauce (as compared to so many others out there), but it might provide a nice tingle to the uninitiated. I find it pairs well with breakfast foods (eggs especially) but it’s been a great garnish on some pasta and vegetable dishes, too. Highly recommended sauce, but don’t be surprised if you burn through it quickly because it’s so tasty!”
