“Being the mild sauce in the last subscription box, I wasn’t expecting a lot. BUT I’m going to have to buy an individual bottle, because I’m running through this fast! It’s delicious and versatile. I do a lot of cooking and I find many uses for this: tacos (obviously), salsas, scrambled eggs!, marinades, salad dressings… Jalapeño cilantro-y deliciousness, very mild (essentially no heat). BUY IT! …unless you don’t like cilantro”

“One of the best sauces I've ever had. Not very spicy but the flavor is nuts. Could probably go on anything. I used it a lot on chicken dishes, used it on burgers, used it in mac and cheese, etc.”

“Nice sweet flavor, but you would think that with Jala in the name, it would have a least some jalapeno kick, but it had none. It was disappointing for sure.”

“No exaggeration in the title. It's not super hot, but the flavor is on point. It's super bright and not overly vinegar-y, the jalapenos provide mellow heat and a sweet body that tastes exactly like it should. The other ingredients are perfectly balanced and add a nice background to the pepper. You absolutely will not regret ordering this sauce. I'll be getting it again for sure.”

“Got this with my hot ones box. Instantly fell in love. A little sweet, a little tangy. Just so perfectly balanced. Very little heat, if any though. The bottle shows a medium heat level but I really didn't feel any heat at all. Even still it tastes so good you could put it on anything”
