“This hot sauce is a little on the sweeter side and very mildly spicy, but very flavorful. It has a nice cilantro and pepper flavor that goes well with scrambled eggs and other less flavorful foods. It will probably be overpowered by anything with a lot of sauce or flavor.”

“Mild heat, lotsa flavor. The added fat make for a nice mouth feel. It's a bit tangy, and peppery, and just nice to put on stuff. I'd subtract a star if I rated based on heat - this could use a little more kick - but it's delicious and has a place on any table.”

“Just good ol' fashioned cilantro and jalapeño flavor. Excellent on eggs. Got a crisp taste, very fresh, goes amazing on just about anything from eggs to tacos to steak. Very mild heat, so its a good starter sauce for anybody wanting to "level up" their tolerance. :)”

“The flavor of this sauce is pretty good! It is light, yet thick… I do not get cilantro taste and I like to mix it with hotter sauces. Pretty good overall. Probably will not get again though”
