“I wouldn’t classify this as a hot sauce because it’s not very spicy even compared to franks but it is so good. It’s a must use on chicken unless I’m craving something spicier. Anyone who isn’t into heavy spice always tells me this is their favorite of all the sauces I have. I must have a bottle in the fridge at all times.”

“This is a really interesting hot sauce. The flavor is so unique. It isn't hot in a traditional sense of heat. More like spiced. The blend of spices doesn't appear to be documented but it is quite flavorful. This will be a regular in my line up due to how different it is. Oh and it is tasty too.”

“I wouldn't call this hot sauce. It's more of a sorta sweet big flavor sauce. I love to put this on burrito bowls with a second spicier hot sauce. It has a very big flavor that's fresh and with some hints of fruitiness. It's a thicker sauce so it coats things like chicken, tortillas, rice etc very well. I like to throw in a second hot sauce that has more heat for the perfect balance of flavor and heat. It perfectly pairs with the Carnival hot sauce on this site which is much much much spicier. This is the perfect hot sauce for people that want a hot sauce/flavor sauce but can't handle heat or for someone that wants to add some layers of flavor with another hot sauce. It's delicious and I go through this sauce incredibly quickly. Also it's an amazing dip for fried foods like fries, fried pickles, chicken tenders etc.”

“Really good sauce. Very versatile and easily used to flavor up lots of dishes. Our favorite so far has been pasta, tacos, and pizza. Love using green sauces with this much flavor to layer more than just heat to my recipes. Not just jalapeños. This is a really great sauce. Bottle needs to come in bigger sizes.”
