“From the ingredients, I thought I would like this sauce, but from the first whiff when I opened the bottle, it really threw me off. It has an odd aroma that I can't really explain, other than to say I've never come across any other sauce that smells like this. And then I tried it on chicken tenders - my standard testing medium for sauces - and it had this really off-putting taste that was somewhere between sweet, sour, and savory, but it was an awkward combination that just made no sense to me. It also has zero heat, so it's not really a hot sauce. Maybe there is some dish that this would complement, perhaps something Peruvian, but this went in the trash before I found anything.”

“My entire household just adores this sauce. A great mild heat with a sweet creaminess. It's great topping on things like tacos & burritos. It's also a great flavor ingredient, we recommend trying it as a great addition to beer cheese!”
