“I was very surprised how mild this sauce is. The 7/10 is way off. I wouldn't even say it was a medium hot sauce. Also, there isn't much flavor to it. Lastly, it is way too runny. Can't stand a hot sauce that won't stick to the food.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think the sauce is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! “This is an amazing tasting sauce that pairs well with pretty much any food. However with it being rated as a 7/10 I was expecting a lot more heat. I honestly don’t even feel like it’s as hot as the los calientes rojo. So if you don’t like super hot sauces don’t be scared by the 7/10 rating it’s more along the lines of a 5/10. Very good flavor and I’m sure I will use the entire bottle in a matter of days.”

“Of all the sauces in this seasons lineup, this was my most used. Even though the heat is pretty mild, the FLAVOR IS AMAZING , goes well on everything from burgers to tacos. Pretty tasty stuff.”

“Very tasty hot sauce with a great flavor. For most, this is probably on the hotter side, but if you're like me and like your sauce hot, but not crazy hot, this is medium-ish. The kind of heat you're not shy about adding.”
