“I don't think this is hot at all for a #7 spot. It's a nice apple cider vinegar forward sauce that tastes of mild jalapeño, but certainly not scorpion pepper. It makes me wonder if off site bottling influenced the QC on this one... This might be at #7 in the lineup to lull guests into a false sense of security before da bomb. It has a nice flavor while it lasts but it dissipates quickly.”
