I love this sauce. I thought it would be a one trick pony in terms of how it could be used, expecting it to only pair well with Asian dishes. I was wrong. It definitely pairs extremely nicely with Asian dishes but the unique umami flavor goes nicely on a lot of other foods as well. I would slather my chicken wings in this but it does spice up pizza and other Italian dishes as well. Great on breakfast for a different flavor to your morning breakfast.

To call this sauce mild is an understatement. Heck, to call it "hot sauce" is an overstatement. This has to be rated "0" Scoville. Worse, as just a sauce without the heat part, it's pretty mediocre. It does have flavor -- and Asian flavor at that -- but it's not better than straight soy sauce and karashi mustard for what it wants to be used on. I decided my bottle wasn't worth the refrigerator real estate and just threw it away after trying to eat Korean dumplings with it.

We're used to keeping gyoza sauce around, but this is the new replacement.

This sauce is Asian heaven! We put it on everything...noodles, dumplings, homemade Asian attempts The ginger and sesame make this a classic taste and the wasabi with the jalapeño add just the right heat. It was worth waiting for!

It smells wonderful and tastes wonderful. Full of flavor. About the same heat level as wasabi.

This is a delicious sauce for any Asian dish. Added it to poké, fried rice, dumplings. One of the best I've tried. Not spicy.
