It's the perfect complement for Sushi. It's great on both rolled sushi and nigiri. Although it's a mild sauce, it's very flavorful and turns having dinner (or even lunch) into an even tastier meal. This is a great sauce and I hope there are more like it in the near future, for more of a variety of sushi specific sauces. We try to have sushi every week and even if we just have baked salmon, it goes very well on it too!

Amazing! Perfectly nutty with some nice umami notes, goes perfectly with dumplings and would pair well with a an abundance of other Asian foods. Very little heat at all, something that could be enjoyed by everyone.

So tasty! It’s pretty mild in heat and the flavor certainly packs a punch! I love adding this to ramen. Will definitely continue to buy.

I use this sauce straight up on salad topped with chicken. Absolutely delicious. A few drops on sushi is pretty tasty too. It’s very soy/ginger forward, and packs an amazing flavor punch.

This sauce is that perfect soy salty, ginger flavor with that slight wasabi sting that I just absolutely adore. We've marinated chicken and pork with this and it pairs perfectly. Half the time I just pour this beauty straight on any white meat or fish I eat. Best use yet was using it as a one of the steps in my fried chicken coating! Expensive for that use, but worth it!
