“I love mustard-based sauces, and especially the Bajan styles, and this one is a great all-around Bajan sauce. I have to say, my overall favorite is actually Lottie's, which unfortunately you can't get on this site, but this is my current runner-up in the category; in fact, they are really different styles of Bajan sauce, so I wouldn't directly compare them. This sauce is really mustard-forward with a relatively dry character, compared to the sweeter curry-flavored Bajans like Cheeba Gold. That makes it very versatile, so it goes well with pretty much anything. It is especially good with BBQ like brisket and pulled pork.”

“Love the mustard base and medium heat. Great on hamburgers or eggs. I have even been know to use it in my bean dishes and soups. A full, well rounded flavor.”

“This is a great flavor combo if you like mustard and horseradish. My problem is that there aren't [imo] a lot of uses for this sauce. I feel like this is meant for any ham-based dish like a hot ham sandwich or a chicken cordon blue or a hot dog, but the flavors would clash with something like a burrito or a pizza or eggs. TLDR: if you would put mustard on it, This sauce is fantastic, otherwise, its too much.”
