“absolutely delicious. the flavor is outstanding and the heat accentuates it perfectly. i couldn't tell you exactly what the X factor is for this sauce; the rum, the Scotch Bonnets, the horseradish, but the combination truly works.”

“This is a very balanced mustard. Just the right amount of horseradish to not overpower and allow this this a versatile topping. Like other reviewers have stated, the heat is low on this one. I would put it at a 2/10. You don't need to do first taste with a toothpick. Terrific on french fries, pulled pork, veggie kabobs, and sandwiches. With it being so good on fries it is easy to go through the bottle quickly. I haven't had it on a burger, brats or bockwurst yet, but I am betting it will reign champion on those four food items. I personally haven't had it on any breakfast, but I like my eggs kicked up with something other than mustard. Will buy again!!!!!”
