“This has been one of my favorite sauces! Mustardy, slightly sweet and smoky, mild spice with a nice BBQ flavor. Great on eggs and chicken, good in Mexican food.”

“Not super spicy, amazing flavor, kinda like a mix between mustard and bbq sauce. Great Sauce for every day use, generally as a condiment. I love it on wings, but you can put it on anything.”

“Sure, the Bajan Barbecue isn't really hot like a traditional hot sauce, but it is a top-of-the-line sauce. My favorite use for this sauce is mopped over some chicken quarters or pork chops while they're resting off the grill. The horseradish, mustard, and maple syrup are perfectly balanced and the scotch bonnets are the perfect pepper for this sauce. My kids have knocked out a bottle of this sauce in a week.”
