“I purchased this sauce to support Pirate's Latern because they are a black owned business. The added bonus is that this is most robust, flavorful, and balanced hot sauce I've ever tasted. Sweet, spicy, and smoky. I can't recommend it enough.”

“it has a hint of pepper mash bot not much at all though honestly taste like a mild spicy ketchup with a hint of mustard honestly not many sauces disappoint me from heatonist hotones subscription box! but honestly this bottle is already gone used as ketchup for one thought, it not going to wast!!! it is a complete let down not worth the money paid in any way at all!!! not very hot and taste like ketchup Don't buy this one I get you will not listen but after you buy your first bottle you will wish you listened its Ketchup with a hint of mustard and pepper mesh flavor (it is so little you most likely will miss it!! :'( )”

“If you're a fan of a tangy, vinegary, mustard-y BBQ sauce (think like a Carolina-style), then this is a sauce for you. It was good on chicken wings, but I see this being the perfect addition to a pulled pork sandwich or some slow-smoked brisket. Strong flavor with a touch of heat (though I might put this at more of a 4 than a 3, personally). Got this in my last subscription box and it has proven to be one of my favorite boxes I've gotten.”
