“The lime comes through with the mild warmth of this delicious condiment sauce. I use it to season fish, chicken or vegetables. Personally, it is not hot at all, but I keep it in the collection for my Wife so she doesn't complain about my 25-30 bottles taking up room in the refrigerator (haha). Seriously, when you need a great lime tint without heat, this is a great choice. Unique.”

“This one was my favorite of the 7 sauces I purchased. The flavor is bright and crisp. Jalapeno and lime is a classic combo and works really well in this sauce.”

“I was super excited for this sauce out of all of the sauces from my pull. It was way too vinegary for my taste. I wasn't really expecting that. The vinegary flavor has a bigger presence than in a sauce like Louisiana or Red Rooster. The flavor is good though. I haven't had it after my first try on fish. I will definitely give it another shot, but it will have to be with another type of food. This might be a taco type of sauce. I do want to reiterate, the flavor is good once you get past all the vinegar.”
