“If I’m. It looking to add heat, this sauce is my go to for bright flavor. It’s perfect on flaky white fish and chicken. It’s fantastic on tacos. Skip the squeeze of lime and add this sauce instead.”

“The name says it all folks! The get the strong hints of lime and a jalapeno bite. The tequila doesn't come through as strong. I use this sauce mainly as a dip for snacks. Pairs very nicely with pretzels! It also goes well with chicken tacos. I usually do a mesquite smoked chicken with a little bit of everything (fresh tomato, raw red onion, sour cream, shredded cheese). You can put it right on the taco/chicken and it works. OR mix it in with the sour cream and get a mock lime crema with a kick. YUM!”

“Good, mild sauce, but the flavor of the jalapenos and tequila is overwhelmed a bit by the lime juice. Still a nice sauce, but too much citrus.”
