I didn't know what to put as a title as I really don't care for this sauce. The flavor is a strange one and the different profiles never blended in a way that allowed me to like any part of it. I've tried with several different proteins and I just can't get behind this one.

No heat, tastes like carrots but not in a good way. Bizarre.

I really like the flavor of this sauce and it isn't too hot for me but I haven't found what I really enjoy it with. I'll update my rating of I find something that the sauce compliments or highlights.

I can taste the various ingredients in this, the grapefruit, garlic, sunflower seeds, carrots, etc. Nothing seemed to overpower the others to me. I've also found that mixing a little of this into some ranch dressing makes for a fantastic dipping sauce.

Bought two of these and although we like it, I have to say it’s not one if their stellar concoctions. The carrot is a little wierd and there’s this slight bitter taste that overrides the spice and flavor. 2.5/5 rating.

Don't get me wrong, I love carrots. But the combination of overwhelming carrot and what must be grapefruit gives this hot sauce a very odd, bland, almost dusty flavor. And it's all rounded off with even more carrot. Usually I love pickled spicy carrots and spicy anything really... but it's like a spicy, old and bland carrot juice. It is a beautiful color and I wanted badly to love this hot sauce. It's honestly the first one I've received in my subscription box and I'm not a fan of. I might give it another shot on something like fish tacos with lots of cabbage.

This sauce is the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and spicy. It's delightful on sandwiches, pizza, in soups, and with noodles. The upfront taste is a cross of tangy (from the vinegar) and sweet (from the carrots) that wakes up your mouth in a subtle way. After the initial taste, the heat slowly creeps in. The more you eat, the more the heat builds. This isn't meant to be a scorch your tongue and make you cry sauce. This is intended to be savored and enjoyed with the foods you use it with. The texture is a delightful mix of veggie pulp and pressed veggie juice. It's not too thin and not too thick....it's just right!
