“Vastly different from any other hot sauce I've tried. The grapefruit flavor is up front, without being overbearing. The ingredients compliment each other in an interesting way, making the taste somewhat addicting. It's fairy vinegary with a moderately chunky consistency. Has vegetable pulp, which adds a nice texture. Mostly tart, but with some spiciness and faint sweetness. It's a bit smoky, but less spicy than the standard grocery store hot sauces and the spice doesn't linger.”

“Not a fan. It's sour! I like the scent of it and seems to have good mix of spices but just too sour to be good.”

“The description for the sauce says "Garlic is high on the list but is rounded out with the sunflower seed oil and hint of sweet carrot." I found this to taste extremely strongly of carrot, too much so to be honest. Also, it's thinner than I expected; it's almost a Tabasco-like thinness, whereas I expected something more sriracha-like. It's not a bad sauce overall, but it's also not great. The spice is immediate, but very short-lived.”
