“Honestly not spicy at all, but the flavor is very interesting. Tastes like olives and mushrooms, so it was excellent for cooking with. I enjoyed it.”

“This is less of a hot sauce, more of a flavor bomb. Anything that needs some delicious, salty, earthy flavors added this sauce has you covered. Would recommend, definitely buying again and again.”

“So good! This sauce has a lot of umami flavor (very olive-forward) and goes well on Asian and Italian dishes. As other reviewers said, it's not spicy at all, but the flavor is worth the price!”

“Heavy on the porcini but otherwise not the umami/savory flavor that I personally want. Almost tastes watered down. The Marshal's Haute Sauce is a better umami style sauce imo.”

“Great way to explore umami and asian flavor palettes in your dishes. Add to marinades involving soy sauce. Grilled some kebabs with this in the glaze and it was delicious!”
