Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think Los Calientes sauces aren't hot is because they treat them like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to coat a wing well, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! “I got my trio pack and they were all broken. I reached out to heatness for a replacement and I have heard nothing back. There is no replacement policy that I can see. So not worth wasting your money. Sad because I like there products just not worth rolling the dice on of your product will be broken.”
