“My favorite is definitely the Verde and it's delicious on chicken and breakfast tacos! The Rojo and Barbaco are also very good, however I didn't enjoy them at room temperature. Those flavors shined after they were chilled. Nice move on the apricot!”

“These sauces have distinct texmex/southwest flavors with a balanced, lingering heat that doesn't blow out your palate. You can taste the cumin, tomatillo, cilantro, etc., but you still get the capsaicin heat that we all crave.”
