Oh my gosh, these are my absolute favorite hot sauce; the Verde is #1 for me followed VERY closely by the Rojo. The Barbacoa is very nice but not as versatile, I think... it has a more specific flavor. The heat on them is perfect for hoovering a third of the bottle in one sitting, its starts out sweet and mellow and builds to a lovely warmth that makes you want just one more taste. These are so good that I actually plan my meals around using them and when I don't have a plan, sometimes I just eat it right out of the bottle on my finger ...I have been through several bottles in a really short time and I don't intend to ever be without some in the fridge. You should definitely just buy them.

Great flavor, and spice level isn't to bad. Just enough heat to keep enjoying your food.

All 3 have a fantastic flavour that you can really appreciate, despite the heat! They're on the top end of heat for me but I now put them all on basically anything.

I really enjoy the hot ones takes on traditional Hispanic salsas of rojo (red), Verde (green), and pleasantly well balanced smokey peppers for the barbacoa. 11/10
