Oh no, I’m so sorry you had a bad experience! It looks like we got back to you an hour after you emailed and we explained what happened! Although it’s rare, once in a blue moon packages can get lost, so we reshipped immediately after you contacted us. We are always more than happy to do free reships of packages when they get lost! :-)

“Sauses are good but had to wait over a month to get them because they never send out my original order. Contacted them and they never got back to me but rather just put in a new order for me. Had to wait longer than expected for my husbands 30th birthday gift, not fun.”

“We've gone through two of these trio packs in less than a month and we still want more! The flavors are so good and the heat is just right. We prefer the green with chips/nachos, the red with wings/nuggies, and the barbacoa with pretty much everything else! I am addicted to these hot sauces and I will definitely be back for more (again)”

“This Los Calientes line is so good. It's definitely my favorite. Im not sure which is my number one favorite, because they are all so amazing. Sweet flavors with quite a kick.”

“This trio pairs so well with practically everything! The flavors are so unique and not too much of a kick. The green sauce goes so well with chicken, steak eggs, rice, and Mexican food -- basically everything! Rojo is a great kick on tacos even pizza! All are good as a marinate or just a dipping sauce... Absolutely love this trio!!!”
